1. Hero Promotion
- There are a total of 5 grades from 1 to 5 stars.
- Heroes with 6 stars and above can only be promoted using hero pieces, which can be obtained through summoning or other content.
- You can promote a hero by selecting them on the Hero/Info page, and a certain amount of hero pieces will be consumed.
2. Hero Exchange
- It can be done on the hero's Altar/Exchange page in the [Summon section].
- To perform a Hero Exchange, the levels of the two selected heroes are exchanged with each other.
- Heroes cannot be exchanged beyond their maximum level, and all equipped equipment is automatically unequipped.
- A certain amount of crystals is consumed when using the hero exchange feature.
3. Hero Reset:
- It can be done on the hero's Altar/Exchange page in the [Summon section].
- Resetting a hero returns them to their initial state.
- Heroes that haven't been promoted cannot be reset.
- Hero pieces spent on hero promotion are refunded upon reset.
- All equipment that the hero was wearing is automatically unequipped upon reset.
- Locked heroes cannot be reset.
- Heroes currently engaged in certain activities cannot be reset

- Resources spent on leveling up the hero are not refunded upon reset.
