Q. What is an exchange?

A. In Arcane Saga, there is a marketplace where users can buy and sell various items. Please refer to the details below for more information about the marketplace.

- Transactions on the marketplace are conducted using Crystals.

- If the quantity listed on the marketplace changes during a purchase, there may be a difference between the listed and actual purchase amounts.

- When purchasing items in bundles of 10 or 100, it will automatically buy the items starting from the lowest price.

- Bundle items can be purchased in quantities of up to 20 at once.

- You cannot purchase items that you have listed.

- A certain commission fee is imposed when registering items, and this fee is non-refundable even if the transaction is canceled or fails.

- After a certain preparation time upon registration, the item will be available for sale.

- Registered items remain on the marketplace for 3 days, and after the period expires, they are removed from the marketplace.

- Purchases can only be made with paid Crystals, and all obtained gems from sales are settled in free Crystals.

- Once an item is sold, you will receive the amount after deducting the transaction fee.

- If not settled within 30 days after the completion of the sale, the sold items will disappear from the marketplace listing, and the settled amount will be received.

- You will receive the settled amount, excluding usage fees, for sold items.

- Upon completion of the sale, the security deposit is refunded.

- You can view the transaction history for purchases and sales in the last 30 days.
