A. If the purchased items are not received properly, please check the following methods

- When purchasing items from the market, there may be a delay in the received of purchased items, and they may not be immediately visible in the game. In this case, please wait for a moment, reconnect to the game, and check through [Mail] - [Purchase] tab.
- If the items purchased from ONE Store are not correctly received even after reconnecting, please contact the customer center by providing the requested information below.
2. Google Play Store or App Store
