A. If you haven't used the purchased items, you can request a withdrawal within 7 days from the purchase date. Withdrawal requests can be processed after confirming game and payment information. Please fill out the following form and contact customer support:

※ For items purchased from the App Store, due to the characteristics of the market, it may be difficult for customer support to assist. Please contact customer support after completing the refund process through the App Store.


※ Withdrawal is not possible in the following cases:

1. Items that are used or applied immediately upon purchase.

2. Contents where additional benefits are provided, and those benefits have been used.

3. Contents with an opening action that can be considered as using or where the utility is determined upon opening.

4. Contents not directly purchased by the member, such as gifts received from others.

5. In the case of bundled content where part of the content has been used, and recovery is not possible.
