[Game] I can't update.

Q. I can't update.


A. If you are unable to update the game, please check the following information and proceed with the update


1. If the update button is not active on the market you are using


1) Google Play Store

- Fully close and reopen the Google Play Store app.

- Update the Google Play Store to the latest version.


▶How to check the latest version of Google Play Store

- Open the [Google Play Store] app → Tap the profile icon in the upper right → Settings → Play Store version in the About section → Check for the latest version.


2) App Store

- Reboot your device and check the App Store again.


2. If touching the update button leads to prolonged loading

- If the network environment is not smooth, the update may not proceed. Please use a more stable network environment (Wi-Fi/LTE/5G).
